We had an unforgettable experience at this hotel. the service was exceptional, staff friendly and the Spa & wellness centre was luxurious. Our room had exclusive amenities and the rooftop pool had stunning views.
We wished there were more restaurant options to choose from. the poolside snack bar was the only food option we had, but the good quality of the food made up for it.

The staff at El Palace Barcelona were outstanding, accommodating all our requests and providing excellent service. The beds were incredibly comfortable, perhaps the best we have ever slept on. The hotel's location was extremely convenient, just a short walk away from major underground stations. The rooms were stunning, with beautiful marble bathrooms. Every night, the beds were turned down and we were provided with slippers. The friendly staff and excellent concierge service offered great recommendations. the hotel had a high-end feel and a warm atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. We highly recommend it.
We felt very at home during our stay and have no complaints.

The hotel had a beautiful rooftop pool and bar, a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
The lack of a coffee maker in the room, a bit inconvenient. the laundry services were quite expensive, with prices that seemed unreasonable.

We recently stayed at a grand, European-style hotel located in the nicest part of a beautiful city. The location was perfect, close to many tourist places and everything we could want. The room was spacious and beautiful, with great views of the city. The bathroom was clean and modern, with top-notch toiletries. The service was excellent, from the friendly staff to the amazing breakfast. The rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant were breathtaking and not to be missed. We loved the serene garden area, it was a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed sitting on the beautiful terrace, relaxing and sipping a refreshing cocktail.
The service at the rooftop bar and restaurant was slow and terrible. We sat there for a while, but were mostly ignored and sometimes refused entry because they were 'too busy.

The rooftop bar had gorgeous views and the cocktails were on point. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. I also enjoyed the jazz band on Saturday night in the basement bar. The room was big, comfortable and the marble bathroom was beautiful. The location of this hotel was perfect as it was in the best area possible, very close to the main shopping strip and the hotel facilities were superior to others in the area.
